Mystery Bundles
All sales are final. Because each bundle is custom-curated to your notes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Mystery Bundles.
Accessories & LuLaRoe (purchased on this site)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene/safety, the following are final sale: earrings, beauty/personal-care items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, and clearance/sale items.
How to start a return

Email llrwilddesertlotus@gmail.com with your order #, item(s), and reason.

We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange and the item is in stock, we’re happy to help. Otherwise, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
LuLaRoe (purchased on the external site)
If you purchased clothing through our external LuLaRoe site, please follow the return policy listed on that site. Orders placed here on Wild Desert Lotus follow the Accessories policy above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos (box + item) within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
