Shipping Policy

United States only** at this time.

  • Rates:
    • Flat rate:** $9.95 - 
    • Free shipping: Believe 40 & Lotus Legacy 50 Mystery Bundles - Golden Lotus picks ship **with your bundle** at no extra charge when purchased in the same order. If purchased alone, flat rate applies. 
  • Processing Time - Orders ship within **3–5 business days** (Mon–Fri). - During launches, sales, or holidays, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Carriers & Tracking - We ship via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a **tracking email** once your order is on the way.
  • Address Issues - Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If you spot a mistake, email us ASAP at llrwilddesertlotus@gmail.com. 
  • Multiple Orders - Placed more than one order? We’ll try to **combine** and refund any extra shipping if they’re shipping together (not guaranteed).
  • Lost / Delayed / Damaged - If tracking shows **delivered** but you can’t find it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. - For damaged items, email **photos of the box + item** within **48 hours** of delivery so we can help.
  • PO Boxes & Apartments - We ship to PO boxes and apartments. Please include **apartment/unit numbers**.
  • Preorders / Customizations - If your order includes a preorder or special customization, it may ship when **all items are ready**. We’ll note any extended timelines on the product page.
